Hi, I’m Sarah Allison Greisdorf
I love talking to people so much I turned it into a career. My new year’s resolution last year was to throw a party every month (ask me about my taco tour). Some have called me the “ultimate girls night vibe curator”, others have said their event “simply would have not happened” without me.
And can I let you in on a little secret? My favorite part of community work is what happens after you’ve gotten your people together.
I know, I know, we all love a well run event with a flawless run of show (just me?). But if your program/event/shindig really did it’s job, it’s what happens after that proves it was a success.
With Holdette, a community I founded for recent-grads, this looked like several members asking gals they met through their group to be a bridesmaid (!!) in their wedding. With Squarespace our programs have helped business partners find one another, collaborate on podcasts, and launch new offerings.
