PURPOSE

Circle is Squarespace's partner program for freelancers and agencies. We provide exclusive benefits, resources, and support to help designers and creatives build and grow businesses on Squarespace. I’ve run our community initiatives for the last five years.

KEY WORK

🌐 I lead and grow a global community of 100K+ professional web designers, owning a multi-year strategy focused on engagement, retention, and sustainable partner success

🧠 I bring community insight directly into product decisions, collaborating with Product, UXR, and Marketing to launch 40+ Pro-driven features, turning qualitative feedback into roadmap priorities and shipped improvements.

👥 I lead and coach a team of community managers, setting KPIs around engagement, growth, and retention while building systems that scale without losing the human touch.

🎉 I led in-person experience, speaker coordination, volunteers, and creative for Squarespace’s first-ever Pro conference (we’ve now run four of them!), bringing together 3,000+ designers and extending the impact through pre-, during-, and post-event programming that spotlighted partner success stories
