PURPOSE

An intimate pre-conference welcome dinner hosted for VIP Circle members ahead of Circle Day, designed to foster connection and set the tone for a high-touch conference experience. The evening emphasized hospitality, thoughtful details, and relationship-building in a relaxed, elevated setting.

KEY WORK

🍽️ Coordinated end-to-end event execution in close partnership with the restaurant, including menu development and service flow

🗂️ Built and managed the run of show to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival through closing

🎁 Curated and distributed welcome gifts to create a memorable first touchpoint for VIP attendees

🤝 Served as the primary point of contact for venue staff, managing on-site coordination and timing

✨ Oversaw event setup and execution to ensure alignment with Circle Day brand and experience standards
