PURPOSE

Gathered Holdette members for an celebration of girlhood. Attendees spent the evening gathering flowers at a bouquet bar, making cards for loved ones, relaxing with face masks, and enjoying each other’s company over dinner.

KEY WORK

✏️ Activity Coordination: Organized engaging activities such as a bouquet bar for flower arranging, a card-making station with all supplies, and a relaxing space for face masks.

🌯 Catering & Dining Arrangements: Coordinated a dinner for attendees, managing catering, table setup, and any special dietary requests.

🌊 Event Flow Design: Developed a schedule for the evening to ensure smooth transitions between activities, allowing time for socializing and relaxation.

👋 Guest Management: Managed guest communications, from invitations to RSVP tracking, ensuring attendees were informed and excited about the event.
