PURPOSE

Holdette was a community to support recent grad women transition into adulthood. I founded the community in 2018 and sunsetted it in 2025 after seven years of impactful community building work. 

KEY WORK

🌱 I founded and led Holdette, a community for recent grad women that grew to 1,250+ members across seven cities, centered on emotional honesty, ambition, and peer support.

🛋️ I facilitated 100+ small-group conversations over the course of four years, creating psychologically safe spaces for members to work through real-life challenges and build lasting relationships.

🎤 I curated and moderated conversations with 30+ speakers, educating and empowering 2,100+ attendees through thoughtful, human-first programming.

🤝 I trained and supported 35 chapter hosts, scaling impact through peer leadership while preserving intimacy and trust.

🙌 Holdette was awarded a $25k grant from Hinge as part of their One More Hour initiative to combat the loneliness epidemic
