PURPOSE

Large-scale Good Friday and Easter services designed to support meaningful worship experiences during the most significant moments of the church calendar. The events required complex coordination across vendors, volunteers, and programming to serve a large and diverse congregation.

🧭 Served as event consultant for multi-service religious events serving 1,000+ attendees

🗂️ Developed and coordinated detailed runs of show for Good Friday and Easter services

👥 Managed and supported volunteer teams of 200+ across multiple functional areas

🤝 Coordinated hospitality vendors and logistics to ensure smooth execution across services

✨ Advised church leadership on event flow, staffing, and operational readiness
